WANSTEAD
The Wanstead studio is our most vibrant gym with a huge community spirit. Our members know one another and help one another out when in the studio. Conveniently located on Wanstead High Street between Snaresbrook and Wanstead Underground stations, the studio is open before work and available for members on their way home from work.

Our weekend circuits have proved to be incredibly popular and are open to non-members for a small fee, after which our members and trainers can be found socialising in one of the cafés!

CARL
Founder and Personal Trainer
Having worked in mainstream ‘health club’ chains in London, Carl wanted to help more people get fitter without having to pay over the odds. This lead to him establishing Target Fit in 2005. Prior to being a personal trainer, Carl played tennis at a national level and continues to be a semi-professional footballer. He was also a professional fitness model, having appeared on television and fitness DVDs. With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Carl can help you achieve your desired fitness goal with innovative programmes that are also fun. Training with Carl does not just stop in the studio; he is with you throughout your fitness journey, offering nutrition advice and being available when you need him.
CLASSES @ WANSTEAD
Most classes are free to members but are also open to general public for a small fee.
You can either pay online or with cash in person, but as spaces are limited, be sure to book in advance.
