Frequently Asked Questions
  1. Who is Target Fit?
Target Fit is the trading name of Target Fit PT Limited, registered at 15 High Street, London, E11 2AA, and registered with Companies House (number 09655421).

  2. How does Target Fit work?
We are different to a standard gym/ health club. With Target Fit, you sign up to a fitness service whereby a trainer will assess you, ask you about your fitness goals, and then create you a personalised fitness regime. This regime will be written on the board beneath your name, for you to follow each time you're in the gym. Every few weeks, a trainer will talk with you about your progress and then adjust the programme accordingly. If you need further assistance, you can purchase 1:1 personal training with one of our trainers.

  3. What can I expect with my initial assessment?
You will work with one of our trainers who will assess your current fitness abilities and ask you about your future goals. You will be required to do some exercises during the assessment, so please dress appropriately. It is your responsibility to notify us of any ongoing health issues, any disabilities (visible or otherwise) that may impact your training programme, and whether you are pregnant.
