Hi Mike. Here's your initial programme. I've got 3 lifts in there plus additional cardio days. Feel free to mix and match. Check out the times of our coaching hours to try to book in with the team but remember you can also access during the day whenever your want. Jump on our classes aswell as they very good and free to members. Any questions with the prog please let me know Mike so I can make the relevant adjustments. Look forward to seeing you in the gym.
