Hi Nic. Programme based on 3 lifting days and 1 conditioning day. The conditioning day can either be a MIKO or a new conditioner which I will put on this prog. The lifting days are broken into 2 upper body push, pulls, 1 leg and core workout. Plenty of feedback please and any questions just let myself of the team know.
