Hey Ekaterina, here is your 3-day programme. Make sure to complete the warm up exercises before each session, especially the cat camels because they will mobilise your back and prevent any injuries. Get yourself booked in when you can and start working through it. Let any of the coaches know if you have any queries or concerns about any of the exercises.
