Programme designed to improve upper body strength, lower body strength and overall conditioning. I have also factored in some mobility work which you can do at the begginging of each session to keep developing overall mobility. We work bestowing plenty of feedback from our members so keep talking to us so I can make any necessary amendments. I look forward to seeing you in the gym.
