Hi Marianna, here is your programme. I’ve tried to incorporate your goals and injury record into this programme as best as possible but do let me know if you feel that the exercises are not catering for your progression as you desire. Make sure to follow the warm up before starting each session and do ask if you have any questions about any of the exercises given.
