Hey Peter, here is your new program. The program consisits of compound and isolation exercises. Each session has a conditioning finisher to it. Most of the exercises you won't know but that's fine, that's what the team is for, to coach you through them.  Please give us plenty of feedback so we know the programme is on point and let us know if you need us to make any changes. Remember consistency is the key so get yourself to utilise our team’s expertise as often as you can.
