Hi Grant. Great to have you with us 🙌. Here is your programme based on your assessment. The programme consisits of compound and isolation exercises. Most of the exercises you will know based on your previous gym experience but make sure you engage with the coaches as often as you can with questions or for us to tweak this programme at all. Please give us plenty of feedback so we know the programme is on point, or if you would like to take it in a slightly different direction. Based on your short term goals I think this structures well but we love feedback at Target fit so keep talking to us. Remember consistency is the key so get yourself to utilise our teams expertise as often as you can. Don't forget that as well as an unlimited number of training sessions with our coaching team, you also get classes for free as part of your membership so make sure you book in.
