Hi Ed. Programme based on our chat and observations of your first session with us. A mixture of timed, all over body workouts plus a traditional pull/push with a cardio finisher. All workouts are designed to hit multiple muscle groups but are at relative pace so good for developing fitness and burning off some calories. Have a run through then give us some feedback to ensure we're taking you in the desired direction. We work best when you keep a good dialogue with us. Any questions let's us know otherwise.
