Hi Emily. Here is your programme. Any questions please ask. Don't worry if you don't understand the exercises, that is what the team is here for. When you book in just be sure to let a member of the team know you have arrived, they will take your through a warm up and then your programme. You can book as many sessions as you like so make sure you take full advantage. Our classes are also free to members as is our monthly healthy eating recipe guide, downloadable from our website. We love our members to interact with us so please keep giving us feedback and we can make any necessary adjustments. We look forward to seeing you on the gym floor soon and welcome to our fitness community.
