Now you can enjoy working out in the comfort and privacy of a fully equipped gym/studio in the tranquil surroundings of Abridge, Essex and avoid the often intimidating, busy and unfriendly environment that comes with using some of the bigger, well-known gyms. There are no peak times and the studio will never be busy as there will only ever be one personal trainer and one client in there at any time.
The studio is fully equipped to provide a thorough and fulfilling workout to meet all of your fitness needs.
The facilities include a full range of resistance exercises from chest press and lat pull down, to seated row and leg extension. There is also a versatile cable cross machine and a wide range of free weights plus two benches to make the most of them.
Our cardio equipment includes a treadmill, exercise bike and a Concept 2 rowing machine.
There is also an area for pre-workout stretching, ab work and boxing etc.
The Target Fit Private Studio is located close to the M11 and M25, in Abridge, Essex. The studio is fully glazed to allow in as much natural daylight as possible and to make the most of the surrounding rural views.
There is no extra charge for using the studio, just the standard price of £30.00 for an hour's personal training. If you compare this price to that of the combined cost of a gym membership and a personal trainer with the likes of the David Lloyd, Holmes Place or Esporta, the saving is massive. It is already proving a hugely popular option with our regular clients, and with new clients taking advantage of it too, we would advise that you book a training slot early to avoid disappointment.

Target Fit are pleased to announce the opening of our brand new fitness studio in Collier Row. This is exclusive to clients of Target Fit and is available at no extra cost.

The development of the Target Fit Private Studios does not mean we have stopped our other services. Target Fit personal training is still available in gyms in Wanstead and Brentwood and we still train clients in their homes.
