There are no peak times and the studio will never be busy as there will only ever be 1 trainer and 1 client in there at any time.
The Target Fit Private Studio is located in Abridge, Essex. It is fully ventilated, heated and well lit, and the studio is fully glazed to allow in as much natural daylight as possible and to make the most of the surrounding rural views. There is no extra charge for using the studio, just the standard price of £30.00 for an hour's personal training. If you compare this price to that of the combined cost of a gym membership and a personal trainer with the likes of the David Lloyd, Holmes Place or Esporta, the saving is massive. It is already proving a hugely popular option with our regular clients, and with new clients joining and taking advantage of it too, we would advise that you book a training slot early to avoid disappointment.
