
I am an experienced fitness professional and have been in the personal training industry for 8 years.
I am passionate about all things health and fitness related and am an advocate for leading a healthy lifestyle. Throughout my personal training career I have continually studied various facets of within my profession, including nutrition, back stability, body conditioning, and more recently, core stability.
My interest in sport started at an early age. As a youngster I represented my local tennis club at county level and had a high LTA ranking. As a teenager playing for various local football clubs in Essex until I was 17, when I signed for a semi-professional club in East London. From there I worked my way up the non-league ladder, until I stopped playing to focus on my personal training career.
Having been based at large commercial gyms in London as well as local authority facilities throughout Essex, I have developed relationships with fellow personal trainers, as well as professionals from other industries such as sports rehabilitation. I have also worked with clients from every background and circumstance.
I established Target Fit Personal Training to offer a bespoke service to people in East London and Essex who wish to change their exercise or eating patterns.
